I live in WA and walked into a local dealership knowing the car I wanted. Arrogant and rude was an understatement, I was sold lies and with in 24 hours the 3 week wait changed to 9 months and they made it difficult to get my refund. I spotted an add on Carsales and sent an inquiry just to ask about how it would work coming from SA, I received a call from Damian who was super nice, happy to spend the time answering any questions I had, and if he didn't know the answer he was quick to find it. Still undecided about purchasing the vehicle I spoke to there finance bloke Daniel Boffa. Again the nicest and friendly guy. I chose to buy from Jarvis mainly because of there staff, I was happy to wear the transport fee and new licensing fee that would come with an interstate car over dealing with dealerships here.
