I had a great experience with my purchase from Jarvis Adelaide. Both RK and Cabe were fantastic to deal with. RK has excellent knowledge of the outback features and was very friendly and welcoming. Cabe managed the sales process very well, providing excellent communication through to delivery. A great bonus was getting in a new car within a few weeks.

The sales woman, Helen Stephenson, since left Toyota was the only person to let me know that I was exempt from Sales tax due to having a DVA Gold card. I had previously bought two other new cars Nissan and Mazda and both cases I wrongly paid sales tax costing me a considerable amount of money I didn't have to pay. Helen was obviously on the ball. Also after Helen left, John Wood was excellent in immediately replying to any queries we had regarding the progress of our new Rav 4.
