I have an old and rare car. I greatly appreciated the service staffs attention, consideration and support during the car service. In particular, Mal was excellent in meeting my needs and providing a premium service.

I was impressed with the efficient processing of my service and the cleanliness of the car when I returned to collect it. Despite the busy day, the car ws finished by the time I requested and I was able to collect it and get off the road before the evening rush.

The Jarvis Toyota premises are conveniently located for me and it is only a 15 minute drive to access the premises.

Service Officers are courteous and helpful and the new premises project a clean and efficient face to customers.

puncture done by staff efficiently - as I had an eye appointment - courtesy car to city then bus to Melbourne Street - it was the smallest hole that the RAA road service WOULDN'T use puncture outfit.

Pulled up and was immediately greeted by Andy, he was friendly, polite and funny - we had a laugh at him asking if the noise I said the car was making wasn't just the fan. I told him I'm not that silly and that he probably has to ask that more than he cares to admit. The car was ready by the time requested and was cleaned upon pick up. Will absolutely be back to check out a new car sometime soon and service my car from here onwards.
