I took my car to the wrong place for the paint protection work. That was not a problem for the wonderful boys behind the desk. They drove my car to the correct place. When it was ready to collect they had collected my car and took it to Kensington Rd to make it easier for me. I went to collect the car from Portrush Rd as that was what I thought I was to do. Not a problem
they came and collected me. To get that kind of service and for the lovely, polite and professional young men to be so kind was over and above any expectation . So I say thank
you. Unfortunately I do not know their names but they work at Kensington Road Jarvis Subaru and should be commended.

Steven Loi was very familiar with the product and all makes of cars in the showroom. The trade-in value was excellent.

Also liked car wash & clean (my car was awful - I felt embarrassed as it was so bad I had forgotten about service). Car finished on time as promised. Fixed annoying squeak in glovebox.

Everything about the experience was great.
