My Ford Territory had a very difficult to trace turbo overboost problem. Service Advisor Marcus persisted and although it took a long time, it was fixed properly at a reasonable price, given its complexity. The provision of an excellent loan car was an absolutely crucial part of my overall satisfaction and also made me appreciate what an excellent car the Ford Puma is.
