So far we have had good experiences with Jarvis car service centre and staff. The car is booked in easily, can be changed via text if needed and is completed on time. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Ben and Richard always provide a friendly engaging service experience from booking to pick up. However I have notice Ben has recently taken service to a new level. When you drop your car off he not only clarifies what you want done etc but also eyes an analysis of your car's service history checking if there are past things that possibly have been missed or done elsewhere. It is reassuring to get ahead of the unknown.
