Car was returned cleaned, which was appreciated. Satnav maps also updated. Having a loan car was also a big plus..

Excellent customer service all round

I have great respect for any business that puts the customer first, as Jarvis Toyota does. I always enjoy the courtesy ride to work in the mornings when I drop my car off, the decent morning coffee in the waiting lounge, and how they vacuum my car (because I'm too lazy!!). This time though, they also saved me a lot of money by ringing me prior to my booking to advise that I'm due for a major service based on expected average mileage and that this particular service often requires some costly replacements. Since my odometer reading is well below the average however, they suggested I delay that major service until I've travelled the distance, and just keep going with a regular service for now. Naturally I said 'yes' and thanks to their consideration, I probably saved several hundred dollars. Much appreciated!

The General Manager Robert Russo ensured we were able to get a new car which was needed for family logistics in the shortest time period possible. he did this by researching waiting lists on the suite of Toyota new cars. He came up with a solution that suited us. He was very personable, honest and down to earth. The entire team were polite, friendly and accommodating and very responsive.

Service done promptly and offered a lift to city, coffee, water etc - good job
