Everything was explained very clearly and the shuttle to & from the city was terrific.

The service was completed professionally of course. They always do this .
I find it a great group of staff who go out if their way to take me home then come & collect me .

Car cleaned & washed; professional & friendly staff communicated with me by phone to check if I required w/wipers changed. Also offered curtesy ride home and service report was comprehensive and easy to read.

Randy was exellent he kept us updated all along the process and then was very helpful explaining the car technology etc.

Need an option to pick all of the above.

On Tuesday 11/10/22 I took my 200 Series Landcruiser ( which I refer to as my “ Big Baby “ )for its regular service at Jarvis Toyota Clovelly Park.I am very anal when it comes to looking after my car so I have very high expectations as to who services it .
In this instance I had a gentleman by the name of Tim Heneker ( Service Manager) look after me and my car .
Not only was Tim very friendly and helpful, but also went through my service list , and suggested a free tyre rotation, looked after me with a loan and had my car completed well within time. That is what I consider great Customer Service. Keep up the great work Tim and the rest of the team at Jarvis Service.
