Everything was great, the staff service as always was great, my car was washed and it needed it! I came back to pick it up at the quoted time and I only had to wait 10 mins and I was on my way.

I gave you a 10 for several reasons. Kane scheduled us in at 7:30 yet you processed us in at 7:15, thank you. Early is always better. The car was completed early with everything we agreed upon. It runs and drives way better and you delivered it ahead of schedule. Kane did an excellent job putting together options and communicating with us. He is of course part of the team, yet who we get to see. He does an excellent job representing the outstanding work your company performs.
