First experience with the Service team at Jarvis Toyota and it was a good one.
Communication was excellent. Work was done on time and as discussed. Service Staff gave a sense that they had a closer association with the mechanics and staff who work on the vehicle than I had experienced at other dealership. I value that as a customer with an interest in what's ben done to my vehicle

These Jarvis Barossa people certainly know how to prepare a great pre-owned car which I was so pleased to buy from them recently. It actually looks like a new vehicle still so a credit also to the first original owner. But cleaned immaculately too so felt like buying a new car. Could not have a much better experience my view and Randy the salesperson always kept me well informed throughout the whole process too. A video walk around so I could get a good look at it too before I could view it! Wonderful. I will keep you guys in mind for future purchases too after this. Thank you!

I presented my car to Jarvis Toyota, admittedly filthy. Prior to recoating my car with Weather Protection, they cleaned it inside and out without any complaint. I was also very late in delivering the car to the centre on South Road (I am very sorry), but they were still able to do the job. I am very pleased with how clean the car is, and now very squeaky with its new protective coating.

I would like to mention the absolutely exceptional service provided to me by Arturo. He went above and beyond to ensure that my service experience went flawlessly. Arturo's attention to detail kept me as a customer informed and confident that my baby (Sti) was in safe hands. The dealership is extremely fortunate to have someone with his degree of professionalism and diligence.

Have moved from another subaru service centre to Jarvis Subaru, West Tce Adelaide and have been extremely impressed. Lucas's assisted us on the day of service and had exceptional customer service. The Mechanics were very thorough and the reporting and attention to detail was the best I have ever seen. Thank you for providing amazing service from start to end.
