The entire process was incredibly professional and supportive. The courtesy drop off into the city meant I wasn't late to a client meeting. The text to advise that my car was ready was timely. The team provided me with every confidence. The wash of the car was a nice surprise, might need a little more attention on the windows (lots of streaks and water runs) but that did not detract from the experience.

Purchased my car 3 years ago and I am fortunate to have cap free hassle free servicing.
I also purchased the paint protection package. Last year when ai received my car their was bird droppings on my vehicle. I mentioned this in the feedback and this year I got my vehicle back gleaming.
I can't fault the after purchase care that Jarvis provide.

Staff in service centre are always friendly, informative and after yesterday watching one of your staff be so tolerantvof a customer who clearly was a rude dickhead!!i applaud them.
Over all these years with 3 cars..cant fault the service of staff and maintenance/ mechanical team.
