Flexible financing - offered a much cheaper price than another dealer. Sales team friendly and considerate. Financing team knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Got the car I wanted and it runs beautifully. Entire team very understanding of my shift work, which made the process run a lot smoother for me.

Staff were great. Training on the many driver's safety features was thorough, but a practical road drive with the instructor would have been most welcome. Trying to work it out on the road by myself can be distracting.

The first time i entered showroom with my family the staff at Medindie, Rebeca and Steven, acknowledged my presence even though they were already with other customers.
Rebeca helped me with all my questions and what she couldn’t answer Steven assisted and guided Rebeca at the same time. I liked that.
Second time I entered, two weeks later, Rebeca greeted me using my first name. I felt special and was happy she remembered me.
A month later when I was ready to drive away, with my new baby girl, Rebeca once again greeted me with a big smile & waving. She used my name again and treated me like royalty. You don’t know how good I felt.
