I love having my Subaru serviced at Jarvis. The staff are always friendly and informative, I can always get a lift to work on the courtesy shuttle, and the car is washed, and windows cleaned when I pick it up. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else!

Mal who works in the service department where you drop the car off was very professional, friendly and explained about the service details and if we had any issues with the vehicle. It is great to have a person greet us like we matter. We couldn't be happier with the service and staff. Well done Jarvis South Road. Highly recommended.

All staff that i spoke to were very courteous , and my vehicle was treated respectively. The iceing on the cake for me, was being walked out to my car when my vehicle was finished.. Not just given the keys and told "there ya go!" . Thats my kind of service !
