He listened carefully to some of the issues we were having with the Forester, wrote them down & when we collected the car, from the service, he again went through the outcomes of our queries. He offered us a complimentary bottle of water or a cup of coffee. He is a very efficient CSO, Subaru should be very proud of Arturo, he has excellent CS skills.
