My son had surgery, had to jump start car at WCH carpark. From out of town. Car troubles. Helped me out at short notice (even though i had to spend $$$$) Didn't know where else to go. Your concierge is the best, he deserves a raise. And thanks for the coffee. It had been a rough day/week.

Evan and Pam were great help during the sales process, very knowledgeable on the vehicle, and made the whole process pretty seamless. Gave plenty of options to finalise the purchase in terms of trade-in, time for private sale etc which made easier to get my funds in order.
Would definitely recommend Jarvis Skoda West Terrace Adelaide to peers, and actually have passed on details to one of my work colleagues who has seen then new Kodiaq RS.

I have found that the Jarvis Ford (Blue Team) service staff work hard to provide the customer with the information needed at all times. This is not easy in today's environment. Cars are more complex and so too are customers. We have been very happy on each occasion we have had our vehicle serviced.

I advised I thought I had lost a small item of sentimental value somewhere in the car and was concerned it may be vacuumed up in the clean. He took ownership and had a good look before the car entered the Service bay. Thank you to a great team and a job well done.
