Went to the car yard and spoke with Nev, having been shopping around a few car yards, he was just nice a simple, (not the pushy car-sales person that I had experienced at many other dealers), had a good chat and conversation, just answered questions, and offered his assistance all the way through the process.

Rajitha Karunaratne (RK) was very professional, helpful, easy to talk to, and
has extensive knowledge of the vehicle (in our case Skoda Karoq) specifications and equipment. Answered all our questions and explained how every future works, how to use it etc. Very positive and stress free experience of buying a new car. The rest of the Team also deserves our thanks for above reason.

Always feel welcomed upon arrival, right thru to when you leave. Always offered a coffee or water, and it's no trouble to the staff to make the said coffee for you.

The three gentlemen who assisted me at various stages throughout the process were knowledgeable and always happy to help me with whatever questions I had.
When I picked the car up everyone was friendly, the contract was explained in terms which I would understand and not too fast.
The car was immaculate, spotless inside and out, even the top of the rooftop tent was clean.
Full tank of diesel got us back to Port Lincoln.

Needless to say, I was very happy with everyone at Jarvis Subaru.

Always get great customer service, informed on everything that will happen with my car and price given up front, car cleaned outside (although would love the inside cleaned too, like my last car which was serviced at Jarvis Ford Tanunda) courtesy bus to work, friendly staff and a coffee to start my morning!
