My wife brought my car in on my behalf, and she was helped by Lucas. throughout the whole experience, Lucas was very thorough and friendly. She was set up in a quiet office space while the car was being serviced. Lucas even gave her some suggestions for our upcoming trip to Tasmania. The friendly staff gave her a wave as she drove the newly serviced car out. She loved it!
