Buying a car is never easy, and car sales people are expected to try their hardest to upsell, and it’s not uncommon for buyers to end up spending more than they intended to.
This was not the case. I knew what we were prepared to spend, and I was certainly asked did I want to add this or that, but never felt pressured. A pleasant change.

I was very impressed by the level of care and professionalism taken by Arturo. My 2016 Outback was probably the least valuable car dropped off but I didn't for once get the impression that it wasn't given the same attention and care that the newer vehicles had. Arturo took time to explain everything that needed to be done and was extremely helpful answering questions. I'll be back :)
