Benedict was an extremely friendly and had a wealth of knowledge about the cars we liked. He did not try and push the sale but gently showed me the two models of Subaru that I liked and then proceeded to share some of the features. Since I have never had a new car, it was amazing to feel the difference and experience being safe on the roads. My wife has Stage 4 cancer and a limited time to live. After a dangerous experience last week with my previous car, we decided that it made sense to upgrade me to something reliable and with a good history. I need to remain safe and also keep my daughter safe. We believe this is the answer. Benedict was really easy to deal with a responsive to our needs.

Because the whole process of getting the car serviced is perfect - early drop off hours, professional staff, finished on time, things done right, car washed and detailed, offer of a lift and a bottle of water. There's nothing more I'd want.
