Always greeted with friendly service staff. Staff were able to arrange a hire car which we appreciated immensely. Car was completed before the advised time. We are very happy with the overall service.

Both Alan (Salesperson) and Brad (Business Manager) were very helpful. The sales experience was excellent - I did not feel pressured and Alan was very straight forward, knowledgeable and direct - no spin! I do feel that I obtained a good deal - Jarvis were flexible in arriving at a final purchase price. Suggest that capped price servicing be added (where applicable) to the vehicle details on the web as this wasn't the case with the car I bought but was a definitely a positive selling point for me. My brother assisted me with the purchase and also felt the process was excellent - mentioned that if he needs to purchase a car in the future he would definitely go to Jarvis.

Staff at the Adelaide Service Desk are always polite, courteous and the team delivers in the timeframe they advise. Car was returned to be unwashed as i requested and without damage inside and out. Utmost care was taken with my vehicle. Pricing is a little expensive in comparison to independent mechanics and in particular the Tyre rotation/balance and wheel alignment - but the benefit of having it all done at the same time as the service makes it somewhat acceptable,
