Corolla was dropped off for its play date at the new Brighton Road premises. This was her first visit. The drop-off process was quick and easy. A few extras were needed which they rang me about to get approval for fixing. While she was at the workshop she had a bath and came out clean and sparkling. When I picked Corolla up she was smiling and driving away had more pep in her tyres. I'd say she had a very happy relaxing day out at Toyota and will be back later in the year. She slept well in the garage overnight.

The service team picked up a couple of things that needed fixing under warranty

From the time I arrived to drop off the car right through returning to retrieve it the service by all staff was courteous friendly and professional. Everything was explained and questions addressed.
