Jared was welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel calm and confident about the car i purchased. He showed me all the features and details of the car. He delivered on his promises of cleaning the headlights and my car was ready the day it was promised. I had been in the market for a new car for over 2 weeks and visited many car yards. I came in off the back of a very unpleasant experience at a different dealership and was consequently a bit apprehensive regarding the whole ‘vehicle purchasing process’. The team at Jarvis Subaru were all absolutely lovely and I really felt that they empathised with my position and were incredibly quick to offer help where possible. My experience began with a lovely phone call from Catherine who was friendly and helped me organise a time to come in and speak to the team. I was then assisted primarily by Will who was incredibly helpful and a joy to communicate with. I truly felt that Will wanted to help me and that I wasn’t just being treated as an opportunity to make a sale which I was incredibly grateful for. Miguel in finance wasted no time organising all of the paperwork on his end and I drove away with a car that I absolutely love within a week of my initial phone call.
