I was very pleased with the mechanical result, the new radiator and the new Oxygen sensor, but I think the main reason I have been happy with Jarvis Subaru Service over the years is the relationship with the staff. Nick did a great job of keeping me informed as the vehicle was investigated and then as parts were sourced and eventually installed. Never underestimate the value of Peter the concierge at the gate, I am not sure Jarvis service would ever be quite the same without him.

Staff very helpful especially considering that I have been on the road for 2 months touring W.A. and South Australian, I desperately needed a 15000 service done as I would not be home to central Victoria in the proscribed time frame. Thanks to all at Jarvis for their kind and professional help.
