Andrew and the team at Jarvis Ford at Port Rush Road were exceptional to deal with.
I had ordered my ford Everest sport in October 2023 through Port Augusta Northpoint Ford who had unfortunately lost their contract with ford and I could no longer take delivery of my vehicle.
I waited and ended up reaching out to Andrew to see if he could try to find my car and get it re-routed to Adelaide so I could take delivery.
It wasn’t as simple as that as they did not have access to my order. Andrew did a lot of background work and was able to track down my vehicle, with a lot of perseverance he got it delivered to his dealership in Adelaide. Andrew remained in constant contact to give me updates on where the car was, which accessories had been fitted and kept on track for the delivery date we had established once we located the vehicle.
As I had ordered accessories, Andrew handled all of extras and had them fitted ready for delivery in a matter of a couple of months, which I am truly grateful for.
I will only ever be buying and servicing my cars with Jarvis Ford at Port Rush Road from now on.
Such a great experience and I have never been happier.

I love that the staff I interacted with took the effort to learn and use my first name. This was the first time I had taken my car for service at Jarvis Subaru and yet I felt like I was already a friend.
I was unaware of beforehand but delighted by the offer of a lift to the city which both Dylan and another staff member whose name I did not catch offered.
The manner in which the offers were made felt genuine and not a ‘chore’ that had to be done.
The service was carried out quicker than expected. My car was beautifully washed on my return.
The capped price of the service meant no sticker shock on collection.
I will certainly be returning for my next service.
