Staff are helpful and considerate. The repair was expensive but that is what it is. But it was done quickly and efficiently

From the minute I stepped out of my car I was greeted by a lovely man who ushered me inside to Simon.
Simon is fabulous and super efficient and explained what was being done in this service.
While I waited for my car in the waiting area I was asked 3 times if I would like a coffee, tea or water and to help myself to the delicious biscuits and chocolate frogs. The waiting area was extremely clean and tidy. My service and car wash was finished before I knew it and Simon took me to my car.
I have never experienced this level of outstanding courtesy at a car service and I am very impressed

I’m enjoying the professional and informative interaction with the service staff. I’ve been looked after by Marcus a few times and I’m very impressed. I drive passed other Ford service centres to use the Jarvis facilities at Norwood.

All staff were professional at every stage of the process.
Car washed and cleaned is an excellent service - very appreciated.
Waiting area with free water in the fridge also an excellent service.
