The salesman’s knowledge of the different vehicles helped us decide on the car we bought. His sense of humour was a bonus and he didn’t have an agenda to push, wanted us to get the car that was our best fit.

The service work to be carried out on my Forrester was explained clearly to me and the time it would take to complete the service.
I did question the cost as it was more then the agreed capped price service charge I signed for when I purchased the vehicle 4 years ago. Staff member checked with his supervisor and after it was explained that costs had risen over the last 4 years Jarvis Subaru agreed to honour the original capped price. It was also advised that my year 5 service would be at the new pricing structure based on current price increases. I found the approach and explanation to my query very professional and the current and future outcomes satisfactory.

We found salesperson David Caicedo and Victor the manager who was very helpful by getting David to drive the car to our house, a service we never expected. David made sure we did not feel pressured to buy. We felt we could trust David which is rare these days and he was open , and ensured we had no questions left. We felt respected and really love the service we got at Jarvis

I had an issue with my booking on the APP. Technically wasn’t booked in, however the boys at the service centre fit my car in no worries. Greatly appreciated!

Had a great experience with the team from Gepps Cross Sheridan worked very hard in the background to get us the finance for our car even though it took quite a while. Damien was a great salesman who took the time to take a video of the car before we came to look at it and when it was ready to pick up. All up it was a great experience from the whole team. Would highly recommend

Outstanding service by Dylan and all staff. First car in on the day and everything went so well and to plan. Was told it would be ready by 1pm and it was ready at 10am. Used the workspace on the first level to work while I was waiting. Thoroughly recommend these guys as they know how to do it right
