I'm very happy with my car. Also the salesperson seemed to have good knowledge of the vehicles and comparisons with other vehicles. Seemed to be trying to help me buy a car which would suit my needs and preferences. I think I received a reasonable deal.

Staff were very friendly and professional in their approach, ensuring that you knew what was to be undertaken on the car. They also ensured that the car was finish in the agreed time.

Awesome service once again :) Very impressed at the professional service I receive every time I visit the West Terrace Store. I was asked if I needed to be dropped anywhere or required a car for the day, which I thought was great. Warranty work was carried out as asked. All service requirements where explained and quoted before starting service so I knew a ball park figure when I went to collect my car. The car was returned washed and sparkling clean which was very nice and appreciated though not expected. Thanks once again for a job well done. It was also nice to have a chat about how the car was going with the salesperson who sold me the car, to make sure things where going as planned, once again not expected but was nice for a follow up. I think it was very good service. I had 2 flat tyres and had no way of getting it to you. Your service team came to my house and put temporary tyres on my car and they took it to the workshop, serviced the vehicle and fixed the tyres. I am 82 and i was very worried about how i was going to get it fixed but you went out of your way to help me.
