Everyone I have ever come into contact with from Jarvis Subaru has gone above and beyond typical customer care. From arranging my finance initially, at purchase, through to having the car cleaned at last minute request during servicing last week, nothing is too much trouble. I love my car, and the safety record of Subaru, and will always own one. But it's the that people make all the difference. Fabulous all the way through!!!

The service took a little longer than first thought, but my customer service guy (Jacques I think?) was really friendly and called me ahead of time to let me know that would be the case. As usual I was given a complete rundown of what was done in the service, and the end price matched the original quote.
