I found all members of the Jarvis team to be very courteous and made me feel welcome, from the team member who greeted me when I dropped my car off, to the team member who said hello as I walked to the office to pick up my car, to the technician who opened the door for me, to the team member that did the hand over. Having dealt with the Holden service centre for the last 15 years it was quite a nice change.
