It’s difficult to see how a car service could be a pleasurable experience, but we are very impressed with Jarvis Toyota Somerton Park. In particular, Garry went above and beyond for us.

The Salesperson that my wife and I communicated with throughout our car buying experience was very professional, friendly, helpful. Buying our next Subaru we would like to deal with a person like this. Thus far we are very happy with the car. He also went through everything re. features etc. about the car. I would recommend him for some kind of award. The following day after receiving the car he gave us a phone call asking if we are happy with the car and if there was anything further he can help us with, this is why we have given him a score of 10. Lexi always provides excellent customer service. When I had issues with my AdBlue tank, she contacted Peugeot Australia on my behalf enquiring whether they would honour pay full replacement cost or percentage. Informed me percentage of costing required, arranged booking including loan car.
