The staff at Jarvis Toyota go out of their way to make me comfortable as I wait for my car to be serviced. I'd barely sat down when a cup of tea was placed in front of me, and the Concierge, Mary, answered questions and offered help several times. I was pleased to find my car had been washed and vacuumed, and everything in order when I left. I haven't had my car serviced anywhere else in the 9 years since I bought it from Jarvis Toyota. Loyalty speaks for itself.
