What a great experience .... whilst it feels good to purchase a new car, especially a Subaru WRX Premium, we were soo impressed with the super friendly staff and the extremely relaxed atmospere.

Normally in a car dealership situation, the impression for everybody is that you expect to be rushed with high pressure sales staff and tactics.

Jarvis Subaru was a breathe of fresh air...right from the get go, we were greeted by Ryan at the front door who immediately made us feel very relaxed and welcome. It quickly became apparent he was in charge of the very busy sales team but he never missed a beat whilst managing the floor and showing us our dream car.

The friendly and relaxed experience continued all the way through with Damian and Monique supporting the process and Michael (finance manager), whilst realising we did not require finance, still maintained the "good experience feel".

Brilliant service from your parts and service teams. I didn't have my son's XR6 ute booked in, and just dropped in to buy a BA headlight part, but your people offered to fit the part for me if I wanted to wait 20 minutes. I thought that was terrific of your people to offer me that help, which I very gladly accepted (saving me the very fiddly job). I was given a complimentary cappuccino in your waiting room, and while waiting for the car I posted on my Facebook page about the fantastic and friendly service I was getting at Jarvis Ford, Hillcrest. Carrie was a huge help to me with advice not only as far as my XV service goes but my newly purchased second hand Forester also. That car was bought and serviced through Jarvis West Tce all it's life and while (as it's now 6 years old) I was considering getting it maintained privately, because of Carrie and the overall service provided by Jarvis I will continue to get it done there - thanks guys!

Obliging staff and the car was finished well within advised time. Overall a fantastic experience.

Had some problems with connectivity with bluetooth and the Service Advisor was extremely helpful and resolved my issue within a couple of minutes.

All was completed as advised and staff we're polite professional and cheerful.
