The sales person, Damien Campbell, was excellent.

I had two major repairs done - rocker and timing cover gaskets replaced under warranty and replacement clutch kit and rear main seal at my request and everything has been done well. All good.

This was the second time that I have dealt with Jarvis Toyota... And like the first time, over 5 years ago, I found the staff friendly, helpful, not pushy, and informative about the vehicle that I was looking at. They really put in a great effort to assist my partner Jason and I to get the finance approved to clinch the deal, and I could not have been happier with the way things worked out. They are a fantastic team. Unlike other high profile car dealerships, they treat you as part of the family, not just "another car buyer". They also have wicked coffee!!! Totally recommend them!!!

Staff and valet are always friendly

Got the car I wanted and both the sales bloke James and finance guy Glen knew what they were on about.

It felt professional in both showroom and the guys I dealt with.. I've experienced plenty of places where the place might have a nice new showroom with plenty of money to show being spent on, but staff being a huge let down, therefore the experience being horrible. I had the choice of going to another dealership but was too pleased with your services and the car.

We dealt with Greg Pett to purchase my Ecosport and we found him to be very helpful and honest. We had looked around and had visited other dealerships and had test driven the vehicle so we knew what we were looking for and we were ready to make a deal.
