Maintained the usual high standard. All Staff were friendly and helpful, service was carried out as required and car was returned beautifully clean and on time. We would not hesitate to recommend Jarvis to friends and family.

The salesperson was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and not pushy.

Just the whole overall experience. I had never used a dealership before especially one that looks as nice as West Terrace. I just assumed that there would be a huge mark up on the price of the servicing to cover the costs of all the little extras... BUT... No... You get all that courtesy and explanations and a service you can trust for the same amount!

Just wanted to make mention of a few staff at Kensington, in particular Jody, Georgia and Peter (and whoever else worked on my car). The problem with my Forester was hard to diagnose and took a few days to work through and the service that Jody gave was nothing short of fantastic, Georgia has provided great service in the past and that continued on this occasion. The car came back with a massive improvement so I thank Peter and his staff for taking the time to work through it and glad to say I won't take my cars elsewhere, thanks guys!

All points are relevant answers. I did have a reason to take the car back today and it was a no fuss fix on the spot while I waited. The concern was just one of those things that can happen and it was attended to immediately. Impressive and professional service.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Car is always washed for me and they accommodated me running a little late to collect and someone waited for me to arrive. All of these things add up to a 10.
