The whole experience of purchasing a new car was a pleasure.
The Salesperson Nick De Palma was friendly and personable yet very professional in his manner.
He had a superior knowledge of the vehicle and offered advice and valuable information without prompting and I was kept informed throughout all the stages up to and including vehicle delivery.
I found all staff to be very friendly and welcoming which made me feel relaxed instead of anxious whilst making a big financial purchase.
The showroom premises were spotless and inviting. It might seem like a small thing but it was wonderful to be offered good quality coffee and water at another Toyota Dealer I had to ask for water which turned out to be lukewarm tap water in a disposable cup.

Overall, the whole process was a very good experience. Greg's approach, in particular, made us feel most comfortable and made it a real pleasure to do business. He kept us in the picture with the original order and was very accommodating when we changed our plans. Based on this experience, we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Jarvis Ford. The car is pretty good as well...

Thanks to Michael, James, Shaun and all the team for another great experience for both my Forester XT and myself.
Just an interim oil and filter change between the scheduled service's set at the 12,500 km intervals.
Something I like get done and the team listen carefully to what I require and deliver it.
Not being able to wash my car myself at the moment, the team very kindly did that for me.
Great service as always with the result being a clean, great feeling car and a happy driver.

Everything was so easy from booking in the service, then getting dropped into the city (even though I was early and it was before the official first run they did it anyway), being called about a couple of extras that needed to be done, callback that the car was ready and pickup including payment was quick and easy. I especially liked being acknowledged when walking in both in the morning and afternoon even though the team were busy with other customers.

Adrian at the front desk is always so friendly, very professional and it's lovely to hear staff calling clients by their first name! It's always a pleasure going in to Subaru on West Terrace, the customer service is way better than most restaurants!
