I visited your Clovelly spare parts sales on the 17/11/2017. I had the fortunate experience of meeting one of your bubbly female staff who I think her name tag spelt Alana. She couldn't have been more helpful in finding a part for me which was obviously a difficult one to find. She obviously enjoys her job as she was always smiling. I told her I thought the company was lucky to have her working for them which she appreciated.

Chris was very professional and knowledgeable in the manner in which he outlined the nature of the work to be undertaken on my car. He explained why some tasks were performed, he clearly explained the wear and tear on my car as recorded by the mechanical staff. And, as he predicted, I sensed I was in a brand new car as I drove home.
