We have used Jarvis at St Mary's for over 10 years, and all also very happy with the service we receive.

I brought the car in at 7:30am and I needed it by 12 and the staff managed to have the car ready for me so I could get to my next appointment - also the car was returned cleaned and washed which is always very helpful. The staff are excellent.

Sales person, Gianni, did not waste our time by showing us cars that did not suit our desire or needs. He was friendly, helpful and very informative. He did not hit us with the usual spin and gift of the gab that most other yards would use. He made us feel comfortable and without pressure from the start. He listened intently to what we wanted and acted on it with direct focus to our requirements.
