I've been to a lot of car yards over the last 6 months. Jarvis sales staff stood out for their respectfulness, courtesy and time they took to understand my needs. Obviously they wanted to make a sale, but did so with respect and did not come across as pushy or annoying.

I was quite impressed that not only were the service counter staff helpful, but when I lost my way in the car park, I was guided by the staff at the wash and shine as well as a random staff member who showed me the way to the service counter. Thank you and keep it up!

Brett greeted me when I walked in the morning and made sure he explained the process and cost. In the afternoon he made sure that I knew how to read the report and that I was happy with the service.

Cameron was the sales person I dealt with the entire experience. His knowledge of the Ranger in all forms was outstanding. He always replied to my emails and questions straight away and looked into matching a quote I received from a Ford dealer in Victoria. He managed to match the quote and kept the sale in South Australia which was great.

At the end of the process everything was taken care of and car looked amazing. I was even offered a complimentary taxi to pick up the car which was a really nice offer. This was the easiest process I have ever had when purchasing a car.
