The service was very timely, lovely loan car provided and the whole episode was seamless, all orchestrated by a very professional young man called Tim. Someone said to me once, "to succeed in business all you need is good people". Well, I think you have it right. BTW he mentioned he was about to become a father for the first time, I sincerely hope all goes well for him.
