When dealing with trade in price he was forthright with his discussion and negotiation. He was supported by Peter who listened to my trade in requests in an endeavour to achieve a balance between the Company viability and my needs.

Marcus, provided his usual high level of customer service. Example, I had advised of a rain sensing wiper issue, it was checked by the team and no issue found, so Marcus printed out the instructions and sat with me to go through using this system. Its these extra minutes of customer service that makes the difference between an ok experience to an excellent experience.

A loan car was available which I needed. The loan car was a current model Sports Focus, which is a car I would consider upgrading to. The service reception was excellent, I commend Marcus on his professional and courteous approach to his work... he was most helpful.
