Jarvis staff are always helpful and professional and do what they say they are going to do. Also the car being washed and vacuumed when picking it up reinforces the great all round service! 

When buying a car (new or used) there is nothing more off putting than overbearing staff, so Sales Manager Victor Leal and Consultant John Shepperd were a breath of fresh air - despite striking them on a very busy afternoon. Add to that a terrific hassle free deal - and a well made Cappuccino - and the whole experience was a 10.

Our salesperson was John Wood. We received the best quote from him out of all the other Toyota dealerships we approached. We asked for extra things to be included which were all done. John continually kept us informed of where things were up to including delivery dates, etc. Nothing was a problem for him to chase up and he always got back to us promptly. Would certainly recommend both John and Jarvis Toyota to others.
