We didn’t even have the vehicle we bought on our list. We dropped by, by chance and found the Rav4 to have everything we’d be looking for. We’d had some really bad experiences with pushy sales people at other yards. Jordan wasn’t pushy in fact on the first occasion gave us what we needed and left us to it, exactly what we wanted. So we returned to see him and subsequently purchased the vehicle.
