Ryan Flavel was professional and courteous throughout the (long) process of purchasing my new car. Due to COVID delays, it took many months for my car to arrive and he kept me updated throughout. The team at Hillcrest were amazing as always! From the moment you parked to the time you picked up, A++ for service! I was able to pay over the phone & as I couldn’t get to the yard before closing they let me keep the loan car over the weekend.
