A problem arose but it was sorted out and I was looked after and very appreciative

I arranged the day prior to come in and to get an odd engine noise checked. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Tim who diagnosed the problem as being the water pump immediately. With short notice and an already busy schedule, Tim went over an above to organize to get the car booked in immediately as well as wrangling a courtesy car. Tim gave a time frame of 24 hours for the vehicle to be ready and it was. Tim's can do attitude and customer service outstanding. Service and delivery above and beyond. Thank you.
