There is nothing for me to complain about. Not only was the staff super helpful, friendly and professional, they were also super efficient. I was on a bit of schedule with my own day being super busy and they worked around me excellently. I was in and out super quick, I was given a loan car for the day and when I mentioned I couldn't pick the car up any later than 4:00pm that day, I got a message at 3:00pm saying it was ready!

I got my car back clean and washed, and once again they valued my time and made everything super easy and efficient. Such professional staff that do a fantastic job!

Will definitely be coming back.

Special mention to the man who was greeting me as I came in and then again as I picked up the car, he was super friendly and also a special mention to a young lad named Todd (I am 99% sure this was his name) as he served me and was super helpful, efficient and gave me plenty of information about everything that was being done and got done.

Great experience from the initial call to book the car in, the text confirmation and then booking reminder (even on a public holiday) and then the experience at the service.
