I have found that the Jarvis Ford (Blue Team) service staff work hard to provide the customer with the information needed at all times. This is not easy in today's environment. Cars are more complex and so too are customers. We have been very happy on each occasion we have had our vehicle serviced.

I advised I thought I had lost a small item of sentimental value somewhere in the car and was concerned it may be vacuumed up in the clean.
