I came in off the back of a very unpleasant experience at a different dealership and was consequently a bit apprehensive regarding the whole ‘vehicle purchasing process’. The team at Jarvis Subaru were all absolutely lovely and I really felt that they empathised with my position and were incredibly quick to offer help where possible. My experience began with a lovely phone call from Catherine who was friendly and helped me organise a time to come in and speak to the team. I was then assisted primarily by Will who was incredibly helpful and a joy to communicate with. I truly felt that Will wanted to help me and that I wasn’t just being treated as an opportunity to make a sale which I was incredibly grateful for. Miguel in finance wasted no time organising all of the paperwork on his end and I drove away with a car that I absolutely love within a week of my initial phone call.
