My car was due for its 20K service. The car was picked up and dropped off at my place of employment. The car was returned later that day, washed and vacuumed, which was greatly appreciated. I have been meaning to call Peter Shearer to say what a fantastic job Melissa did when we had to get our wagon's petrol pump replaced recently. She kept us informed all the way, had mechanics on extended time in an effort to get it back to us for the weekend and really cared about our situation. It was great dealing with her - just the sort of 'front-end' any business would be proud of.
