Appreciate the waiting area where you can sit and have a coffee, watch a TV program or do as I did and use the computer with internet access. You are always made to feel welcome.

He has been most professional in his dealings with me. The quality of service he has provided is exemplary. The process of having my car serviced with you was an easy way to do it.

With previous cars I have used mobile mechanics & found this to be a great option for me, so to have to take my car elsewhere & the rigmaroll of changing baby seats to contend with, I was a little unsure as to how big the hassle would be. But all in all it wasnt too much harder than having someone come to me. Now I know it's ok to park in the drive through area & approach the office for help if bay is unattended I will feel far more confident about dropping off the car next time.

Andy was very polite & helpful to deal with, & the loan car was invaluable, it is a very handy service to offer, so thank you for still providing me with wheels to do the days tasks with.
