Fab was great and the sales experience was good. Informative, not pushy and not patronizing. I felt that he listened to me and understood what I wanted from the deal. I was able to test drive the vehicle in a way which addressed my handling and power concerns... the Yeti has surprising get up and go! No prevarication which is refreshing and positive. Handover was good, detailed and unhurried. I felt that all aspects of  the vehicle and Jarvis add-ons were adequately explained.
Insurance offer from the lovely Rachael was very competitive and Richard the manager was also good. All in all a stress free experience and one happy Skoda driver!

We have been servicing our 2005 Impreza at West Tce for approx. 4 years. We are always looked after and enjoy having a clean car to drive out when the work has been completed.

Car was serviced while I waited and also was cleaned on the day, that was a bonus :-)

It is the entire package. Staff are friendly, very helpful and professional. I like the fact that the car was washed and cleaned as I had just returned from a trip and hadn't had time to do that myself. We were from Murray Bridge and our 5 year old daughter was with us. When we asked for courtesy car the staff member named Daniel arranged it for us. It makes  us feel proud about Toyota. Customer service is class!

Nelson didn't blink an eyelid when I brought the car in a week early in error... just arranged for my car to serviced that day, thereby saving me no end of inconvenience. I am very much obliged to him.
